Shipping: 

We offer both standard and expedited shipping for your order. These will be calculated at checkout. Below are some guide timelines for standard shipping:
UK: Standard: 2-4 business days 
US: Standard: 3-6 business days 
Europe: Standard: 3-6 business days 
Rest of the World: Standard 4- 7 business days
Please note: During sales and promotional periods we are unable to guarantee the above shipping and delivery times due to the high volume of orders. You will receive confirmation once your order has been shipped.
 
EU/EEA- Duties and Taxes:
We prepay all your custom duties and taxes.
That's right! When you order from Cathcart, we will pay for your custom duties and taxes so you only pay the price you see at checkout and you receive your goods with no customs charges! 
 

Returns and Exchanges:

Our policy:
Thank you for shopping with us and we hope you love your Cathcart order. If, however, for any reason you wish to return your order or exchange it for a different size or colour, you can do so within 14 days of delivery. 
Returns must be in the same condition; unworn, unused, in their original packaging and with all labels intact and attached. Returns in any other condition will not be accepted.
 
Exchanges:
To arrange an exchange, please get in touch with us at help@cathcartlondon.com. Exchanges are subject to availability and if your exchange request is unavailable we can offer you a refund or store credit. 
 
Refunds and store credit:
We offer both store credit or refunds for your return. Once we have received and processed your return we will arrange your refund or store credit. 
If your return is approved, your original payment method will be refunded within 14 days. If you have chosen store credit, this will be applied immediately. 
Please note it may take some time for your refund to show on your statement depending on your credit card provider or bank.

To start your return or exchange, please email us at help@cathcartlondon.com with your name and order number so we can action your return or exchange request. We will not be able to accept returns that have been sent without requesting a return . Your feedback is important to us so please do let us know your reason for return or exchange.
Please be sure to include your packaging slip and/or order number in your package.

Postage returns for returning goods are your responsibility. Please retain your shipping documentation until we have received and processed your return. 
We always try to process your return as soon as we receive them. However, during very busy times, please allow up to 10 days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. 
 
Faulty or damaged goods:
Please contact us immediately at help@cathcartlondon.com if the item/s you received are defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can assist you and resolve this as quickly as possible. 
 
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom orders, outlet and sale orders are non-returnable.
